Health Insurance Plan Levels

Our plans provide flexibility and choice for the small business owner. We offer four plan categories, or levels, for small groups with 1–100 employees:

Platinum	Highest monthly fees Lowest medical care costs
Gold	Higher monthly fee than a Silver plan Lower medical care costs than a Silver plan
Silver	Higher monthly fee than a Bronze plan Lower medical care costs than a Bronze plan
Bronze	Lower monthly fees Higher costs for medical care

Each level offers the same set of essential health benefits, quality and amount of care. You can choose several plans with a variety of costs and out-of-pocket limits.
